Following the success of our Persian night, we are excited to announce our next collaboration with 'Punk Thai' who will be offering a 7 course unique taste of Thai food with a special “twist"! during 'A Taste of Thailand' on Friday 14th September.
Chef Amy Nixon grew up in Thailand, in adult life she followed her true calling; cooking and food carving. She’s inspired by the flavours she enjoyed whilst living in Asia’s cosmopolitan cities. Punk Thai a relative newcomer to the Cornish food scene.
